This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

As an Aviation Security Compliance Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Terminal Operation Team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and the strategic development of security measures. You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and actively managing the performance of the airport’s security operations.

Collaborating closely with the wider team, you will help ensure that the highest standards of security compliance are met throughout the airport. The role requires a strong understanding of airport security regulations and operations, with the ability to provide guidance and expert advice to maintain optimal compliance and operational performance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for consistently identifying and generating key regulatory and performance data to drive improvements in security delivery and compliance. You will ensure that accurate and detailed operational reports and analyses are provided to the business, enabling informed, data-driven decisions to enhance overall security performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  •  A strong understanding of aviation security regulations, including ICAO, IATA, and CAA requirements.
  •  Previous experience in a security, compliance, or administrative role within aviation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Security Management Systems (SeMS) and its role in aviation security.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  •  Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems
